This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for purchases made on aw.travelsmarttravelfast.com (the "Website"). It applies to all orders for our application assistance services.

1Overview & Scope

We provide private, non‑government assistance to help prepare and, where permitted, submit travel authorization applications. Refunds are governed by this Policy and applicable law.

2Definitions

"Service Fee"
Our charge for platform access, document preparation/validation, submission assistance, and support.
"Government Fee"
Fees charged by a government/authority to process an application; typically non‑refundable.
"Submission"
The moment your application data is transmitted to a government system or irrevocably queued for transmission.
"Order"
The combination of Service Fee(s), Government Fee(s), taxes, and any add‑ons for a specific application.

3Eligibility for Refunds

  • Before Submission: Full refund of the Service Fee upon request.
  • After Submission: Service Fee may be partially refundable at our discretion depending on the work completed; Government Fees are generally non‑refundable.
  • Rejected Applications: Government decisions are outside our control and are not eligible for a refund of Government Fees. Service Fee refunds are discretionary and depend on whether a material error was caused by us (see below).

4Cancellations

  • Request cancellation by emailing support@travelsmarttravelfast.com with your order ID, full name, and passport number (last 4 digits).
  • We will not process cancellations submitted after travel date has passed or once a decision has been issued by the authority.

5Non‑Refundable Items

  • Government Fees once paid or submitted to the authority.
  • Rush/expedite add‑ons after work has started.
  • Third‑party verifications, translations, courier, or biometric appointments once ordered.
  • Bank, card network, or currency conversion charges imposed by your provider.

6Processing Errors & Duplicates

  • Our Error: If we make a material error that prevents issuance, we will remedy the issue or refund the Service Fee for the affected order; Government Fees remain subject to authority rules.
  • User Error/Omissions: You are responsible for inaccuracies in data or documents you provide, and any re‑filing costs.
  • Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally submit duplicate orders, contact us immediately. We may refund the Service Fee for any duplicate not yet submitted; Government Fees already paid may not be recoverable.

7Processing Times & Delays

Timelines shown on the Website are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by authorities, system outages, peak seasons, or requests for additional information do not constitute grounds for a refund of Government Fees.

8How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@travelsmarttravelfast.com from the address used in your order.
  2. Include: order ID, applicant full name, passport number (last 4 digits), purchase date, and reason for the request.
  3. Attach supporting files (receipts, screenshots, authority messages) if available.

9Assessment & Timelines

  • We acknowledge your request within 2 Working Days and aim to resolve most cases within 7–10 Working Days.
  • If a Government Fee reversal is possible, timing depends on the relevant authority.

10Method of Refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Processing by your bank/card network may take additional business days after we issue the refund.
  • If the original method cannot be used, we may offer an alternative method or coupon.

11Chargebacks

Please contact us at support@travelsmarttravelfast.com before opening a dispute with your bank. Unfounded chargebacks may be contested and can delay resolution.

12Fraud, Abuse & Unusual Activity

We may decline refund requests or suspend service where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, or misuse of our services.

13Promotions, Coupons & Credits

  • Promotional discounts are not refundable in cash.
  • Coupons, if granted, may have expiration dates and usage limits stated at issuance.

14Taxes & Currencies

  • Refunds are calculated in the currency of the original transaction.
  • Exchange rate differences and third‑party fees are not refundable.

15Relationship to Terms of Use

This Policy forms part of and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, the Terms control.
